Oh my goodness, I can not believe how long it has been since I have updated this blog. I have been spending so much time lately reading other family's blogs, and forget all about mine. I also think no one can possible be THAT interested in what happens in our life! But, I guess you all might be just as curious as to what has been occurring at our house lately.
Well, we have been busily preparing for the birth of our third baby boy! Boy oh boy, these last 9 months have flown by. You never think when you are at the start of a pregnancy that it will go fast, especially not when you are in the middle of your "sick" weeks. But it has. Now I am to the point that I am so uncomfortable, some days it hurts to even walk! Of course sleep isn't that fun lately either. But we are getting there. We are scheduled for a c-section on February 20th, and can't wait! In the meantime, the clothes are washed, crib put together, and we are patiently waiting his arrival.
B and E are DYING to know what the baby's name is. But we had decided at the beginning not to tell anyone his name. B is telling everyone that his name is Zero. He thinks because he asked how old the baby will be, and we told him zero, that that MUST be his name too! He is growing up so fast!!! Anyone have any potty training ideas??? We have tried just about everything, and it is driving me crazy! He will be 4 in July for goodness sakes. I keep telling him he won't be able to go to preschool next year if he can't learn to go in the potty!
E is doing great in school. I still have the urge in my heart to home school, but for now he is succeeding and loving his friends and school. He has really been enjoying scouts and came in second place for the Pinewood Derby in his den and 5th overall for the whole pack. not too bad for his first time. I think J is really enjoying helping him and doing the scouts with him.
J has been working a lot of overtime and we are thrilled that his work is doing so well, and that at a time when a lot of people are losing their jobs, the work is still coming in for them.
It has been a good school year for me so far, but I must say I am looking forward to just being a mommy for three months when the baby is born. It will be a wonderful time. I don't really have any pictures to post right now, but I will try as much as I can to keep updating the blog, and not waiting 3 months to do so! I hope everyone is doing well.
