Jason and I lost our Nana last Friday. Words can not express how sad we are that she will not be part of our family on this side of heaven anymore. Even though Nana was not my grandmother, she felt like one. In fact out of all my grandparents next to my own Grammie, she was who I had become closest to. I have been with Jason for 16 years and in that time I had gotten very close with Nana. She was an amazing women. Anyone who knew her is better for it. If you venture over to my sister-in-law Sharon's blog she said it exactly right. She just said it like it was whether while playing a card game or telling a really funny (sometimes clean sometimes not) joke, she was one in a million. I could type for days and still not be able to write down all of the funny stories I have heard about Nana the family over the years. I feel blessed that I married into such a wonderful family. When I was little growing up this was the family that I had dreamed of, so for Nana I say... Go Phillies!!!!

Oh...I'm so sorry!!! Your family is really having a rough couple of weeks! Please know that you are in my prayers, and I think of you daily! If there is anything I can do, please let me know!!! I cannot imagine the pain your family is feeling right now!
I wanted to let you know that the lady who attends our church who knows Jason's family...she asked for prayer for both Caleb AND Nana. I was getting ready to raise my hand and request prayer for you and your family when I saw her hand was raised. I just knew she would be asking for the same prayer as me, only at the time I didn't realize your Nana had also passed away (she did). Anyway, I pray that you fell some peace knowing that your family is being lifted in prayer by our entire congregation!
I love you guys!!!
God Bless,
-Melissa
Kelly,
Thank you so much for putting Nana's tribute on your blog. It was so sad not being there to say goodbye or be there for Jamie. She will be so missed by EVERYONE! We really appreciated looking at all the pictures and reminiscing. It makes you want to laugh and cry all at the same time. Do you know what I mean??
Love you guys.
Sharon
Hi Sharon,
Thank you. I couldn't agree more, we need to remember all of the good times and the silly times, and I am sure we will, it will just take some time to get over. I missed you, and was sad for you that you were unable to come, but certainly understand. Well, love you, and it has been great keeping up with your family through the blog, so keep posting!!!!
Kisses and Hugs!!!!
